Trane Technologies seeks an Inspector for 3rd shift in St Paul, MN. The role focuses on PCB inspection, rework, and assembly, involving various mechanical equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should have a GED or high school diploma, 1–3 years in manufacturing/quality, and relevant soldering and IPC certifications. On-site work with benefits and 5-day work week is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• 2–3 years in Quality.
• Soldering tools knowledge for removal.
• Current J Standard Certification or equivalent.
• Current IPC 610 Certification.
• Current IPC-7711/7721 Certification.
• Rework experience required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Team player with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Post assembly operations and inspection tasks.
• Verify thru-hole and SMT circuitry.
• Performs rework and component insertion as needed.
• Identify parts and polarity on PCBs.
• Read manufacturing docs with minimal supervision.
