Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented operator to run automated PCB insertion equipment and perform routine maintenance for printed circuit board assemblies on site in Minnesota. The role requires following procedures, reading blueprints and schematics, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

You will maintain production records, assist in the development of insertion procedures, and collaborate with teammates to meet short- and long-term deadlines while upholding safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years electronics experience preferred.
• Able to read technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated insertion equipment for PCB assemblies under supervision.
• Maintain production records and assist in procedures.
• Read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work area.
• Train others as needed.
• Support equipment maintenance and ECO changes.
