Job summary

Evolution Fresh in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a packaging operator to run and maintain automated production equipment in our manufacturing plant. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

You'll calibrate and test equipment, document results, train new staff, and participate in process improvements while supporting our commitment to food safety and product quality. This is a full-time, non-exempt, third-shift position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, US military service or equivalent considered.
• Experience operating packaging equipment in a regulated environment.
• Ability to perform quality tests using analytical tools and document results.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, operates, and maintains automated packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoots equipment and performs minor repairs.
• Calibrates testing equipment and follows testing procedures.
• Documents operational and production data and ensures quality.
• Trains new personnel on procedures and safety practices.
