A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Packaging Operator I for the 3rd Shift to operate production equipment and ensure smooth operation. Responsibilities include leading line activities, performing machine changeovers, and maintaining quality and documentation standards. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, lead activities of others on the line, and ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly.
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs.
