Generous Brands is seeking a packaging technician to operate and maintain automated production equipment in a Southern California facility. You will ensure products meet delivery and quality standards while following safety guidelines.

The role supports the Evolution Fresh and Bolthouse Farms brands, with a 1st shift schedule (7am-3:30pm) and potential overtime. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1–2 years in related work, and ability to perform quality tests and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience operating manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Experience performing quality tests and analyzing data.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment.
• Record operational and production data.
• Train new personnel on procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
