Job summary

Evolution Fresh is seeking a motivated operator to run and maintain automated packaging equipment in our California facility. You will ensure product quality, record production data, and support process improvements while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires 2 years of packaging equipment experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to train others. Shifts may include weekends with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; related experience acceptable.
• Two years’ experience operating manual and automated packaging equipment.
• Experience performing quality tests using analytical tools.
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure products meet delivery and quality requirements.
• Record operational and production data and monitor quality measures.
• Train new personnel on proper operating procedures.
• Support safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance.
• Identify and escalate machine performance issues to minimize downtime.
