Generous Brands is hiring a Machine Operator for 2nd shift in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will operate and maintain packaging lines, monitor product quality, and document production data in a fast-paced food-manufacturing plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating manual and automated packaging equipment (2 years).
• Experience performing quality tests using analytical tools (1 year).
• Experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform minor repairs.
• Calibrate and validate quality testing equipment per specifications.
• Monitor and document production data and quality measures.
• Train new personnel on proper procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support process improvements and safety initiatives.
