Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Light physical effort required (lifting 5 to 25 pounds)
• Ability to read and write English; understand instructions for safety and quality
• Flexibility to work overtime
• No written disciplinary action for policy/safety/attendance in stated periods

Responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment to maintain flow of product
• Maintain a safe work environment following 6S principles
• Ensure all products meet specifications and QA standards (FPI)
• Properly fill out all documentation and labels
• Properly handle scrap, rework, and mixed product
• Perform other duties as assigned
