Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Pack Operator for the Shelbyville, Kentucky facility on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:30am). You will operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot and clean packaging equipment to keep product flow steady and quality up to standard.

On-site role with a competitive salary of $18.65/hour plus shift premium bringing total to $20.15/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits plan. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and basic math and reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math skills and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment to maintain product flow.
• Maintain a safe work environment and 6S practices.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
