Job summary

Staffing Support Specialists is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor in Port Washington, WI to lead our manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. You will guide and develop your team, drive performance, and uphold a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for staffing, coaching, and coordinating daily production activities while collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED. An Associate's degree in supervision or operations management is preferred.
• 2–4 years supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Port Washington, WI

Shift:1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm M-Th, 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm (M-F), 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am (M-F), Weekend Shift - 7:00am-7:00pm (F, Sat, Sun)

Pay: $50 - $60,000 annually
