Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Missouri is seeking a night shift mill operator to manage the daily responsibilities from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, quality control, and accurate inventory of ingredients and manufactured feed.

Candidates with mechanical or agricultural experience and a high school diploma (or GED) are welcomed; overtime and physical work (50–100 pounds) are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Agricultural or feed production experience is helpful.
• Mechanical experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and operate equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mill operations from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
• Maintain equipment and ensure quality control.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support growth through cross-training when needed.
