Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Town of Lancaster, NY, is hiring to support farmers and ranchers in our communities. You will assist in the location's general operation by supporting all business areas, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply, following company policy.

We offer growth through cross-training in Agri-Service areas, with opportunities to develop new skills and advance as part of a collaborative team that values customer partnership and stewardship of the land.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED is helpful.
• Overtime including weekends as needed.
