Job summary

MFA Incorporated is hiring a Mill Operator to manage daily mill tasks, ensure equipment uptime, monitor quality, and maintain feed ingredient inventories. The role supports farmers and ranchers in the community with a strong team emphasis and growth opportunities.

The evening shift runs from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, with overtime and cross-training opportunities to build additional skills within our collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move 50-100 pounds.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required.
• Agricultural/mechanical experience is helpful to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mill operations focusing on equipment maintenance, quality control, and inventory of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Shift runs 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm; contribute to overall production efficiency.

Responsibilities

This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies. This shift runs from 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm.
