Job summary

MFA Incorporated in Lebanon, MO is hiring for an operations support role. You will assist across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply areas, aligned with company policy. The 2 PM–10 PM shift offers hands-on experience in a farm-supply environment.

The position emphasizes physical stamina, flexibility for overtime, and learning across Agri-Service areas to support farmers and ranchers in the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is helpful.
• Able to lift 50-100 pounds and maneuver equipment.
• Overtime may be required including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general operation of the location by supporting all areas of the business (feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, farm supply).
• Work the shift from 2 PM to 10 PM in accordance with company policy.
• Participate in cross-training to grow skills across Agri-Service areas.
