Job summary

Saputo is hiring for a third-shift Packaging role. Starting pay is $22.62 per hour with a $1 shift premium for hours between 6pm and 6am. Excellent benefits after 90 days and opportunities for development are provided.

Responsibilities include operating packaging lines, rotating positions, reading schedules, ensuring GMP compliance, and helping with setup and changeovers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent work ethic with consistent attendance and availability for overtime.
• Strong numerical skills for basic arithmetic and packing calculations.
• Physical ability to lift 25–30 lb tubs and work on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Perform all packaging duties as assigned by the Packaging Supervisor.
• Rotate between lines and positions, maintaining good ergonomics.
• Work cooperatively with the team to meet goals and schedules.
• Read production and packaging schedules and verification reports.
• Assist in setup for production and changeovers.
• Visually inspect products for quality defects and follow GMP rules.
