The position runs a 2-2-3 rotation, 4:00pm–4:00am, with base pay of $19.50/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium. Requires attention to detail, safety focus, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing, is desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Load bags onto towers and manage labeling and block weights.
• Box, palletize, and move finished pallets to staging areas.
• Document production data and maintain clean, safe work areas.
