Job summary

Sartori Cheese in Plymouth, WI is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 2nd shift to operate and monitor the packaging department, including palletizing and boxing cheese. The role requires following work instructions, documenting production, and maintaining HACCP/GMP standards.

You'll work a 2-2-3 rotation from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am, with base pay of $19.50 per hour plus a $2 shift premium. This on-site, full-time position offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in a cheese manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates packaging equipment and ensures product quality.
• Loads bags onto the packaging tower.
• Records weights, lot numbers and items codes; labels products.
• Boxes cheese and palletizes blocks for shipment.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in packaging area.
• Trains team members on essential duties.
