The candidate should have 2+ years of molding experience, be proficient with Word/Excel, and understand 2S 3D. Attendance discipline is noted for internal applicants; a strong team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Molding, Coating and Assembly operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Firm understanding of 2S 3D.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Internal candidates must have less than 3 attendance points.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, modifies, and changes injection molds, robotic tooling, mold machine programs, and robotic programs with minimal downtime.
• Understands three- and six-axis robotic programming and can modify positions as required.
• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.
• Turn valves and dials to regulate pressure, temperature, speed, and cycle times.
• Perform other duties as needed by supervisor.
