Job summary

I I Stanley Co., Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking an Injection Molding Set-Up Technician to support production by maintaining and adjusting molds, robotic tooling, and machine programs.

The role emphasizes safe operation and meeting company targets while working under the Component Supply Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, some experience with injection molding equipment, and the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with injection molding equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, modifies, and changes injection mold components and robotic tooling with minimal downtime.
• Understands 3- and 6-axis robotic programming to adjust positions as needed.
• Performs predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Reads and interprets electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Troubleshoots production problems and supports continuous improvement.
• Provides support to manufacturing sections.
• Sets machine pressures, temperatures, speeds, feeds, and cycle times.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
