Job summary

I I Stanley Company, Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Set-Up Technician to support production and ensure safe, uninterrupted molded component manufacture while meeting targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of molding experience, the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings, and familiarity with robotic tooling. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of molding technician experience.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
• Preferred knowledge of the listed molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, modify, and change injection molds and tooling with limited downtime.
• Understand robotics programming to adjust positions as needed.
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.
• Set machine parameters to control pressure, temperature, speed and cycle times.
