Job summary

I I Stanley Co., Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a 3rd Mold Setup Technician to support molding production and continuous improvement. You will operate and adjust injection molds and robotics, perform maintenance, and interpret mechanical drawings to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in molding, basic high school education, and knowledge of multiple molding machines. This is a full‑time role with competitive benefits and relocation assistance in some cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years previous Molding Technician experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred knowledge of noted molding machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, modifies, and changes injection molds and tooling with limited downtime.
• understands robotic programming and can adjust positions as needed.
• Performs predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Reads electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and documents.
• Troubleshoots production issues and supports continuous improvement.
• Provides support to manufacturing sections.
• Adjusts machine pressure, temperature, speed, and cycle times.
• Performs other duties as directed.
