Job summary

Stanley Electric US in London, OH is seeking a Molding Process Technician III for the 3rd shift to maintain and improve injection molding operations. You will troubleshoot processes, minimize scrap, and participate in continuous improvement to deliver high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Proven Analytical Ability.
• Demonstrated Prioritization Ability.

Responsibilities

• Following established safety procedures for a safe and organized work area.
• Maintaining, modifying and enhancing the injection molding process to minimize scrap.
• Analyzing the molding actual conditions and troubleshooting the process to meet plant reject rates.
• Participating in process improvement meetings to provide a high-quality part for the customer.
• Generating documentation of molding conditions for process control traceability and ensure a constant process.
• Performing level-appropriate preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
