RTX is seeking a dedicated assembler for the 3rd shift in McKinney, TX. The role involves manual assembly, soldering, and operating both semi- and automated processing equipment, with microscope-based inspections to ensure quality.

Work hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM onsite. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED with 2+ years in microelectronics manufacturing; familiarity with military/ANSI solder standards is a plus.

Formación

• HS diploma (or equivalent such as GED) or vocational/technical education with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment within aerospace or defense is preferred.
• Soldering to Military/ANSI/J standards is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual assembly tasks and soldering; operate semi- and automated processing equipment.
• Inspect work using a microscope and follow detailed work instructions in FOS.
• Create nonconformances in FOS and perform rework as needed.
• Communicate effectively, multitask, and adapt to changing assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks and in-process inspections per company standards and customer specs.
