RTX is seeking a candidate for a 2nd shift manufacturing assembly role in McKinney, TX. You will perform manual assembly and soldering on microelectronic components, operate semi-automatic processing equipment, and inspect parts with a microscope while following detailed instructions in our Factory Operating System (FOS).

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with 2+ years in microelectronics, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in microelectronics manufacturing within aerospace/defense.
• Soldering to Military/ANSI/J standards.
• Microelectronic assembly experience.
• Strong safety focus.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual assembly tasks.
• Solder components and operate semi/automatic processing equipment.
• Operate ovens and use a microscope for inspection.
• Follow detailed written instructions in the Factory Operating System (FOS).
• Create nonconformances in FOS and perform rework.
• Communicate effectively, multitask, and adapt to assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks per established processes and inspect to standards.
