The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. Typical qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience, or 4 years without a diploma.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 1 year relevant experience, or 4 years relevant experience without HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours.
• Experience with electronic assembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/repair electronic units using prescribed techniques.
• Identify correct parts, components, and materials; remove suspect components.
• Solder components and use hand tools; install new components.
• Operate assembly machines; handle chemicals and adhesives as needed.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and prints.
• Communicate work status clearly to team members and support staff.
