RTX is seeking candidates for a manufacturing assembler role in McKinney, TX. The position involves manual assembly of microelectronic components, soldering, and operating processing equipment on a mostly onsite shift schedule.

Ideal applicants will have a HS diploma or GED and at least two years in microelectronics, with a strong safety mindset, good attention to detail, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Formación

• Requires HS diploma or GED (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years in microelectronics manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi and automated processing equipment.
• Inspect work using a microscope and follow written instructions.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and communicate across shifts.
• Adhere to FOS procedures and document nonconformances.
