Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a laboratory professional for the 3rd shift to perform moderate complexity testing and support patient care in a busy laboratory. You will handle PHI with strict confidentiality and adhere to safety and quality standards.

The role requires an associate degree in laboratory science or MLT, 1 year of lab training or high complexity testing experience, and ASCP certification or equivalent. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in laboratory science or MLT from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of lab training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Strong reading, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general lab equipment (analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through moderate complexity testing.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
