Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist for the 3rd shift in Texas.

You will perform moderate and high complexity testing to support patient care, analyze results, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced lab environment. The role requires a BS in Medical Technology or related field, MT training/experience, and ASCP certification or equivalent, with strong reading and analytical skills and proficiency with common lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology.
• BS in Chemical, Biological, or Physical Science with 1 year MT training or high-complexity testing experience.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general lab equipment (e.g., analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes).

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing in a patient-care context.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement fixes.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biosafety and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
