Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technologist for partner in patient care. The role focuses on high/medium complexity testing, result analysis and reporting, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced chemistry lab.

The position requires a BS in Medical Technology or related field, ASCP or equivalent certification, and strong analytical and communications skills. It is a third‑shift, full‑time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology required.
• BS in Chemical/Biological/Physical Science with 1 year MLT/lab training or high-complexity testing experience; ASCP or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing and analytical skills; ability to operate general lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high/medium complexity testing as part of patient care.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with biological and chemical hazards; champion safety, compliance and quality control.
