Job summary

RPI, LLC | Premier Outdoor Living in Green Bay, WI, is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a group of hourly employees in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, yield, and productivity while developing people on the shop floor.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, standard work), and daily operations to meet production goals and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Strong safety knowledge and ability to enforce policies.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate employees and address performance issues.
• Basic understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach up to 15 hourly employees.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability.
• Provide resources, training, and support for success.
• Address issues promptly and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development activities.
• Maintain safety-first culture and enforce safety policies.
• Drive productivity, quality, and yield improvements using Lean tools.
