Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in production and supervisory/management in manufacturing (chemical or batch manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, and stand or walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents.
• Assign and prioritize work to the unionized hourly workforce.
• Maintain the safety program and foster a Safety First culture.
• Manage production progress, including workflow optimization, staffing, and resource allocation; implement cost-saving measures and recovery strategies during changes.
• Collaborate with fellow supervisors and cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Utilize data to identify solutions and recommend actions.
• Foster workforce engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
