Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Lead for the 3rd Shift in Mount Juliet, TN. This hands-on leadership role balances machine operation with team supervision, safety and quality, and daily shift handoffs.

Requires 3+ years in manufacturing/production with strong troubleshooting, Lean/5S experience, and knowledge of ERP systems. Shift: 3rd, Sun–Thu 11:45 PM–8:00 AM; pay $31.94/hr base plus $2.00/hr differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience with 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Leadership: operate production machinery and oversee daily administrative tasks.
• Process & Safety: drive root‑cause problem solving to improve safety and efficiency.
• Coaching & Training: guide teammates on standard work, SOPs, and setup/changeovers.
• Operational Continuity: coordinate shift activities and provide backup for the Team Manager.
