Job summary

Advanex Inc. is hiring a Production Lead for the medical division on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in White House, TN. The role oversees shift operations, trains staff, and ensures productivity and quality while maintaining an organized work area.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, familiarity with PLEX ERP, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position requires standing and lifting up to 45 lbs and following SWIs/SOPs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
Minimum 6 months as a Machine Operator/Packer.
Proficient in production management software and ERP (PLEX).
Run all machines and follow SWI/SOPs with priorities.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards and procedures.
Basic math and computer skills.
Good communication skills.
Dependable and reliable.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Lift up to 45 lbs; stand and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between manager and production employees; relay assignments and training.
Operate and maintain machines to established standards.
Meet productivity standards.
Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues.
Suggest process or procedure improvements.
Coordinate with management for issues and improvements.
Participate in risk assessments, investigations and root-cause analyses.
Follow ISO procedures and participate in safety observations.
Complete documentation such as patrols and coaching notes.
Foster a positive team environment with accountability.
