Job summary

Roche in Tucson, AZ seeks an Histology Process Lead for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). You will oversee the histology team, delegate tasks between shifts, and support the Histology Supervisor to meet production schedules and customer expectations.

You will ensure safety, quality, and training compliance, maintain procedures, and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools. Strong collaboration with first shift and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; GMP experience preferred.
• At least 3 years leading teams in GMP environments.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd shift histology team to meet production schedules.
• Provide line support, material handling, and SAP transactions.
• Coordinate maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and training compliance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and pass-downs.
