Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a 3rd Shift Manufacturing Manager/Production Supervisor in Dayton, OH to lead front-line manufacturing teams and ensure reliable, consistent production on the line. The role emphasizes execution within established policy and a capability to coach and develop hourly employees.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of supervision experience, or a HS diploma with 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, and the ability to operate under FLIGHT DECK principles

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing & Production Supervision.
Or a HS Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of Manufacturing & Production Supervision experience.
Ability to coach and develop hourly employees and lead front-line teams.
Experience in a fast-paced aerospace or highly regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy.
Plan and execute production activities to ensure reliability and consistency on the line.
Collaborate with other teams and provide guidance to new team members.
Apply FLIGHT DECK principles to daily operations.
