Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 3 years supervisory experience OR HS Diploma + 7 years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach front-line staff.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and optimize production lines within standard procedures.
