Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for the Dayton, OH plant. You will oversee front-line manufacturing staff and manage daily operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, executing policy and strategy with some level of autonomy but guided by standard practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus 3 years of experience Manufacturing & Production Supervision OR
• High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience Manufacturing & Production Supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
• Plan and execute daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.
• Leads through FLIGHT DECK principles and collaborates with other teams to achieve objectives.
