Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and respond to policies and benefits questions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Support recruitment, screening, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.
• Foster engagement, recognition programs, and community relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decisions.
• Assist with training programs and process improvements.
