Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of HR experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, staffing, and HR compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain confidential employee records.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate recruitment, background checks, I-9 compliance, and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve concerns to promote a positive environment.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and maintain SOPs.
