Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is expected.
• Automotive industry background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead performance planning and continuous improvement initiatives like PDCA.
• Ensure training and understanding of production policies and procedures among Associates.
• Monitor key metrics (reject rate, FPY) and drive cost and delivery improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Provide coaching and training to Associates to improve quality and productivity.
• Address issues and take on additional responsibilities to improve overall performance.
