Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a qualified Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Canton, OH facility, leading 2 Team Leads and up to 25 hourly workers. You will drive KPIs, enforce quality and safety standards, and guide CI initiatives to optimize molding operations.

Qualifications

• Background in blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or plastic molding; automotive industry experience also considered.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and managing production teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2 Team Leads and up to 25 non-union hourly production employees on 3rd shift
• Drive key performance metrics, KPIs, quality standards, and safety initiatives on the production floor
• Champion and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts to optimize manufacturing processes
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing production team
• Manage disciplinary actions and conduct employee performance reviews
• Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure operational efficiency and team accountability
