Job summary

Stanley Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator (MFG II) for the 3rd shift in London, OH. The role requires a background in manufacturing with supervisory experience and strong organizational skills to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will oversee production, provide leadership through continuous improvement, and train Associates on policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and ensure customer needs are met on time and with quality.
• Lead through performance planning and Continuous Improvement.
• Train and coach Associates on policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance measures and drive cost-down and efficiency.
