Job Juncture has a Manufacturing Coordinator – 3rd Shift opportunity. The role requires 3 years of manufacturing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong organization, problem solving, and communication skills.

3rd shift availability and a background in a fast-paced automotive supplier environment are advantageous. The position offers a pay range of $60K–$70K with no visa sponsorship, no relocation assistance, and no remote work.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee production ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner and to quality standards
• Provide leadership through performance planning and Continuous Improvement
• Ensure training and understanding of policies and procedures among Associates
• Monitor and drive departmental targets and performance metrics
• Support cost down and efficiency improvement projects
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adherence to SOPs and quality systems
