Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential; ability to perform basic math.
• Familiarity with computer operated equipment.
• Ability to read and follow multistep procedures.
• Ability to read micrometers and tape measures.
• Ability to read decimal measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed machines and assist in machine changeovers.
• Keep work area organized and clean, including shelves and tools.
• Perform tasks in a timely, orderly manner.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformance.
• Maintain safe work practices in compliance with OSHA.
