Job summary

Htprof is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Coordinator for the 3rd shift in Columbus, OH. The role demands leadership to oversee production, ensure customer needs are met, and maintain quality standards.

Visa sponsorship is not offered, relocation is not provided, and remote work is not available. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in manufacturing and 1 year in supervision, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Manufacturing Experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership through performance planning using Continuous Improvement (CI).
• Ensure training and understanding of policies and procedures for production processes.
• Clarify expectations and achieve departmental targets.
• Monitor performance metrics (reject rate, FPY, etc.).
• Apply PDCA for continuous improvement.
• Ensure production areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Oversee training of Associates to ensure quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Adhere to all SOPs, QWI’s, QSP’s, etc.
• Participate in improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Address other issues related to Quality, Cost, Delivery and Development.
