Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years of Manufacturing Experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Speak fluent English.
• Automotive Background Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production and ensuring customer needs are met on time and to quality standards.
• Provide leadership through performance planning using Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure training and understanding of policies and procedures.
• Ensure clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
• Monitoring and tracking performance measurables (reject rate, FPY, etc.).
• Achieving continuous improvement by applying PDCA.
• Ensuring production areas are properly cleaned and maintained for a clean, safe working environment.
• Overseeing training of Associates to meet quality, safety and productivity targets.
• Ensuring adherence to all SOPs, QWI’s, QSPs, etc.
• Participating in improvement projects to contribute to cost down and increased efficiency.
• Addressing other issues to improve Quality, Cost, Delivery and Development.

Skills
