Digital Room LLC in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our plant on the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu 10:00pm–6:00am). This role leads a production team, ensures safety compliance, and optimizes daily operations to meet production targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, hands-on scheduling experience, and proficiency with MS Office. You will manage 20-30 employees, coach teams, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing or production scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise 20–30 employees fairly and consistently.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Experience with production management software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm for problem solving and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule presses using Offset Press Manager system and Canon gang scheduler.
• Hold daily huddle meetings with management and team leads.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees; manage performance reviews.
• Set short- and long-term goals using provided reports and provide feedback.
• Cross-train employees to learn new machines and processes.
