Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator for the 3rd shift in Columbus, OH. This role oversees production, ensures customer needs are met, and drives quality and efficiency in a climate-controlled facility.

The position requires 3 years of manufacturing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Automotive background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3 years of Manufacturing Experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Speak fluent English.
• Automotive Background Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner and in adherence to quality standards.
• Provide leadership through performance planning using Continuous Improvement.
• Ensure effective training and understanding of policies and procedures associated with production processes.
• Ensure clarity of expectations and achievement of departmental targets.
• Monitor and track performance measurables (reject rate, FPY, etc).
• Achieve continuous improvement by applying PDCA.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment in production areas.
• Oversee training of Associates to ensure quality, safety and productivity targets are met.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, QWIs, QSPs, etc.
• Participate in improvement projects to contribute to cost down and efficiency.
