Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join on-site for the 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shift. Under limited supervision, you will set up, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across conveyors, automation, robotics and related systems to support production and quality.

You will document work in CMMS, report downtime, assist other technicians, perform routine inspections, and participate in building projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, or BFS preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS and conveyor/robotics equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; document issues in CMMS and logs.
• Assist with building/project work and minor repairs (electrical/plumbing/ carpentry).
• Record downtime causes and analyze to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain safety practices and operate material handling equipment when needed.
