Sargento is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (10pm-6am, Monday–Friday) at our Plymouth, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, electrical, and mechanical maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of direct manufacturing experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Associate's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Maintain awareness of Wisconsin license criteria for Industrial Electrician/Journeyman Maintenance Technicians and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow GMP practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts.
• Utilize predictive maintenance diagnostic tools and document results.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and Root Cause Analysis.
• Train and support other team members.
